I'm a mum of one and my own positive birth experience using HypnoBirthing techniques inspired my passion for supporting women through birth.

After the birth of my daughter, I trained as HypnoBirthing Practitioner in 2012, driven by a desire to help others approach childbirth with confidence, calm and empowerment.

Since then, my interest in holistic and alternative therapies has continued to grow.I have gone on to qualify as an acupuncturist, allowing me to offer a more integrated, well being - focused approach and expand the range of support I provide to my clients.
